Our 2023 Vintage Ale combines the best of traditional tastes with new hop varieties to deliver this year's own distinct character. Pale Ale malt is at the heart for delicate sweetness, combined with DRC®, a Double Roasted Crystal malt, to provide deeper toffee and raisin tones. Once more we highlight modern English hops, using Opus, Archer, and CF185 to provide peach accents and a pronounced citrus note, underpinned by the zesty marmalade character of our famous Fuller's yeast.

Bottled 500ml (PBF XIV, Systembolaget Haparanda) Amber colour, firm beige head. Orange jam, hops in the nose. Medium-bodied. Marmalade fruityness, some hops, pine, quite sweet. Light alcohol kick, I don't see much potential for ageing. Average vintage.

As good as it gets, sier Steven, og jeg er helt enig. So smooth, a masterpiece.

Bottle picked up from the UK and consumed at home Friday 10th May 2024 sat outside on the balcony and listening to Big Special - Post Industrial Hometown Blues on we had Chicken Fajitas. Pours reddish, ruby brown in colour, excellent clarity, white head. Soft mouthfeel, some vanilla and a light booziness, it's another very good vintage but it's one of those that will benefit from another year or two of ageing to develop further.

Bottle: Poured a brown/copper color ale with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of nice dry caramel malt notes with some floral hops notes with light bitter notes. Taste is also a mix of caramel malt with some light residual sugar notes with some dough notes and floral dry hops notes. Body si full for style with good carbonation and no discernible alcohol notes. Another solid rendition of this classic beer.

Amber, clear with a medium off-white head. Aroma of malt, fruits, red berries and caramel sense. Sweet, light bitter with a malt, fruit and some berries ending. Really love those Vintage beers from Fuller's. Premier League Darts Exeter City(tv).
