Hazy yellow/amber colour, foam disappears immediatly. Soft carbonation. Nose of citrus, lemon, grapes, woody and funky. Tart with notes of unripe fruit.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy and dirty golden color lambic with a nice foamy head with limited retention dn light lacing. Aroma of funky ester notes with some oka and vinous notes with light dry grapes notes. Taste is also a mix of funky esther with some light dry grapes notes with some funky esther and some vinous notes and a tart finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable with nice level complexity but I wished the grape notes would be more prevalent.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Junction - cheers to Fergus. Pours lightly hazed gold with a small, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour, quite funky, ample lemony tartness, drying pale wood, some tropical funk. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, lemony, funky, more drying pale wood. Not bad.

Bottle picked up at Grote Dorst and carted back home. Hazed gold. Slimmest white ring. Soft funk. Old oak. Spicy white grape. Like a big plump semi veiny thing. Taste is sharp fruity grapy bitterness. Moderate wheat sweetness. Bright and crisp dryness on the palate. Juicy tart finish. Almost worth the stress of that fucking bus ride back into town on a Sunday.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright pale golden with a small white head. Nose is wonderfully fragrant, with huge barnyard funk, white grape must, wild yeast, and hay. Flavour is lightly tart and quite complex, with lots of tart citrus, huge white grape, big barnyard funk, and some hay. Real nice incorporation and expression of the white grape, preserving and complementing the barnyard funk. Lovely stuff.
