Bottle, eight years before bbd. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with a tiny creamy head. Aroma is tart lactic acid with yoghurty notes, as well as berries, dill and floral minerals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with tart fruity notes of berries, pickles and yoghurty notes. Short tart finish.

Trimtur opp og ned Fløien i strålende sol, og tørsten er påtrengende, så jeg styrer målbevisst mot Apollon. Fra fat: lett uklar lys gyllengul med ok skum. Sylteagurk, citron, lime og gressløk. Slank og meget forfriskende. Velfortjent.

Bottle courtesy of Jonas and Ursula, cheers guys. Had this at home Thursday 22nd May 2025, listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music, it's Round Table tonight. Pours yellow without a head, in fact the carbonation is very muted. Aroma was alarmingly a bit vinegary so I thought the worst but I guess gherkins are pickled so this probably explains that. Dry, tart, acidic but the dill adds a nice touch to this, sharpish and the vinegar touch on the nose isn't present in the mouth. Would be lovely on a warm summers day, but regardless it's nice today.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Veggie, herbal, tangy and lactic aroma, slightly earthy notes of cucumber, gherkin, some dill. Taste is mildly tart, tangy, lactic, herbal and slightly veggie, notes of dill, some sauerkraut, gherkin, cucumber, a touch of brine, mustard seed.
Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Well balanced, quite refreshing despite some earthy aspects - funny.

Angenehm säuerlicher Antrunk, feine Essignoten. Das Gurkenaroma passt gut, erfrischend, spritzig. Feinherb, ausbalanciert, etwas trocken, langer Nachgeschmack. Gut. 10/11/12/12/10/12

Tap at Schneeeule Berlin. Golden apple juice, slightly murky. Dill, pickle juice. Taste is refreshing, slightly sour, full body, crunch. Lovely.

Tap, schneeule Bar. Hazy to green pale golden, no head. Fresh, tart nose, light citric bretty, fresh dill pickles, dry body, prickly tart, fresh frutiness, very well balanced enjoyable pickle notes, great!

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy to murky pale yellow to white, shortlived white head. Aroma is milky crisp sour. Mild cucumber. Sour milky. Light sweetness. Light lurking cucumber note towards the finish. Light and refreshing, not over powering as cucumbers easily can be. Nice.
