7/12/2024. Bottle bought direct from the Brewery. Pours very slightly hazy amber bronze with minimal head. Aroma is woody, whiskey, toffee, biscuit, malts, brown sugar, honey edge. Very sweet, woody taste with mild bitterness. Medium body, low carbonation. Bittersweet boozy syrupy finish.

Bottle at ash's. Pours hazy orange, nose is caramel, marzipan, tangerine, vanilla, taste is juicy tangerine, caramel, vanilla, almond, honey, sweet.

375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 23. Pours dark brown, thin off white head. Sweet decadent aroma.. very sweet flavour profile, pokey boozy, strong toffee, hefty alcohol, some sherry, harmonious whisky presence, incredibly rich.. intense stuff.

Bottle. Color: Clear orangish copper, very rhin beige head. Aroma: Sweet, malty, dried fruit, Whiskey notes. Taste: Sweet and sirupy dried yellow fruit and stone fruit, toffee and honey notes. Whiskey notes, bit boozy. Full body, bit sirupy, below average carbonation. Over medium sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Sweet but nice slow sipper.
