Malm� Feb 2024 tasting - tart sour fruity with lots of orchard fruit, barnyard, musty, fermented apple and pears, medium body and nibbling acidity, tart fruity finish.
LCI 3 Feb. Dry funky apple. Balanced, easy.
Almost clear,.golden color and a white head. Tart nose, acidic, faint fruity. Taste Is sour, acidic, faint flavors of Apple and Peach. High carbonation. Dry
Acidic, sour, mellow, hoppy, bitterish
Hapu, puuviljane, tsitrus, õun, nisune, kõrge karbunn. Ok.

Towering, just off-white head over hazed orangey golden beer, very lively carbonated. Horseblanket², immortelle flowers, currypowder, corral odours, old hay, leather. Less horseblanket/leather than the nose suggested. Lemony, lactic acid, bit (white) bread. Bit watery MF, feeling a bit emptier than most Boons. Acidthinning and light -burn. Very well-carbonated, smooth. Very good gueuze, maybe not the best Black Label, if good enough. Txs to Stef!

Pours slightly unclear blonde. Medium white head. Scent is full, mushroomy, fairly fruity and very mature Boon profile. Taste is sharp, very dry, strong oakyness. higher carbo. Lovely OG.

Clear orange beer, big solid creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, dry, hay, a little fruity, some barnyard. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity up front, a little bitter, dry, spicy, hay, a bit metallic, apricots. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, zesty, hay, orange peel, peppery, nice acidity, dry finish.
