Bottle. Blend #1. A more or less still one, headless, with a hazy amber colored body. The aroma has a good dash of vinegar, some dark dried fruit, dried apricot and some caramel notes. Generic fruityness and some alcohol. It's tart on the palate, still sweet, with some alcohol warmth and a light tannin touch. Dried fruit, vinegar and a touch of caramel in the flavor, oak and a nice vinous touch. Lasting finish. Quite pleasant this one, really nice vinous touch and fruityness, but too much vinegar for me. 241027

From bottle at Hjørnet 13.01.24. Translucent ruby. Almost no head. Sweet and sour aroma and taste of sweet malt, slightly bitter berries of the forest, peach and dried tropical fruits. Perhaps 10,5 % ABV is too much for a sour beer.
