Bottle. Pours slightly hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes with hay, apples, stone fruits and sour candy, as well as light funk, farmhouse, tannins and white wine barrels. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of stone fruits, apples, floral brett and sour candy, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Fairly short finish.

75cl bottle @ final beer tasting, Chez Sophie, Aug 24. Pours a misty gold, large white head. Lovely full fresh wild aroma.. brilliant full wild character, with great complex wild elements, soft fruity shades with gentle apricot notes. Excellent.

Monday 5th August 2024, the last Minutemat led Shrewsbury Beer Gathering, five guys, loads of beer and bollox. Cheers Mark for the 75cl bottle of this. Hazy golden orange, white wisp on top. Sour puss with an apricot feel, farmyards and herbal fields for everyone, pity I wasn't a fan of this!

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from BS online. Pours lightly hazed gold with a frothy, off-white topping. Light sweet flavour with nice salinity, mellow pale wood dryness, a little zippy lemony acidity. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean finish, quenching, some citrus peel, a little wood and grass, oak. Great balance. Highly drinkable.
Lovely stuff. Tart and fruity.

Bottle. Burning Sky online. Pretty hazed up orange gold. Slim dense just of white head. Very floral this. Touch of herb. On top there’s lots of apricot. Touch of oak. Light funk. Taste is a little dry and lightly bitter. Fairly juicy on the palate. Juicy lightly tart finish. Nicely fruity.
