Our latest Paradox is the closing of a circle that began four years ago. Uncle Duke's, our trans-Atlantic mash-up of Scotch and Bourbon is a supersonic blast through the cask-ageing process.
And what a ride.
The barrels that give Duke everything have so much left for Paradox. Vanilla, notes of honey and candied fruit, sticky toffee. Good ol' frontier molasses. Campfire coffee. Paradox Uncle Duke's is as dark as a prairie night and ready to be discovered.

330mL bottle, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, gentle whiskey barrels, and subtle sugars. Flavour is oxidized a bit, with roasted malt, oxidation, toasted bready, and a touch of whiskey. It would’ve been better years ago. Decent.

Well stored bottle. Black body under a big, dense, beige head. Aroma has dark roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, dry fruit and smooth whisky. Taste is sweet, dark, roasted malt, dark chocolate, some coffee notes, dry fruit, mild bitterness and warming alcohol. Fine balanced body with long lasting, sweet malt and smooth whisky, warming aftertaste. One if the best Brewdog beer I have tasted from the good old Brewdog days.
