We are always being asked to brew a low strength beer but with heaps of flavour so here you go. Mashed high for more non fermentable sugars giving extra body defying its small stature, along with a copious amount of new season Idaho 7 & Simcoe hops bringing the sunshine, a beer to sit back gulp down and enjoy.

440 ml can, from Left Field Beer. ABV is 4%. Moderately hazy pale straw colour, huge white head. Aroma of citrus and yellow stonefruits. Refreshing flavour, light bodied as expected. Citrus and yellow stonefruits again. Hints of sprucetips. Not too sweet, but the bitterness is low.

Keg at Cobbett's, Dorking. Hazy pale gold. Thin foamy white head at least has healthy lacing. Light-medium bitter. Focus is on citrus but not overly sour. Some spice. A hint of wood. Underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-Soft-average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Underpowered if inoffensive.

Keg draught at the Angel Oak, Peckham Rye. Light yellow/gold, hazy with a small even white head and good lacing. Creamy lemon and canned pineapple on the nose. Sweet taste, malty with more pineapple and some melon character. Clean, juicy finish. Slightly watery body, heavy carbonation. A ubiquitous style done very well.
