Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Almost clear, bright red/orange with almost no head. Acidic, cherry and oak in aroma. Taste is funky, cherry, acid, grapes and wood. Nice and tart.

Bottle, 75cl, at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. Cherry, vinegar hints, lemony, barnyard-ish funk and tartness, with little to no oak. Slightly vinous. Sure not bad this one. 747414 251107

Very barbers forward, tons of wine and oak, lots of cranberries and red current. Tart but this showcases the wine super well. Very dry finish with berries. Tons of tannins.. One of the best Bokomfts I’ve had

Bottle @MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. Clear red, light pink head. Red berries and a little horse in the aroma. Sour, funky flavour, acetic, tart red berries, a little horse too.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a clear pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma has huge red wine grapes, a touch of funk, and light leather. Flavour has a remarkable barnyard funk that coheres well with the grape skins, leaving a wonderfully tangy, vinous finish without obscuring the funk. Complex as hell. Wonderful.
