We made the smores for you. S'morbidly obese is our imperial stout brewed with crackers, marshmallows and cocoa nibs.

Balck with a minimal light brown head. Aroma of cheese cake, chocolate and some wooden barrels sense. Sweet with a warm cheese cake, dried fruit and chocolate end. Full bodied, liked this, a bit different.

Can. Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Smooth palate, soft and creamy, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft creamy malts, some fluffy milk chocolate milkshake. Smooth sweet cinnamon, very sweet. Sweet spiced ripe fruits. Rich fruit cake. Smooth finish. A tasty and heady rich mix of a pastry beer.

Strong and black with a small head. Cinnamon molasses baked goods nose. This is one sweet bomb, roast notes are in the background, plummy and smooth, does not taste like 10%. Nice!

29 November 2019. At Billie's Craft Beer Fest. Cheers to the lovely Anke, tderoeck, 77ships & Ghent beer crew! Cloudy black, lasting, foamy, dark beige head. Aroma of cream, vanilla, custard, marshmallow, milk chocolate, cinnamon. Taste has very sweet chocolate, cream, candy-like marshmallow & a hint of dates, bittersweet mocha, wrapped in a biscuity & toasty character. Earthy hoppy finish, profoundly malty still, lingering cream, chocolate, something vaguely cheesy even, and strong chocolate jenever-like alcohol. Full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Drinking this beer makes you feel like your younger self, when your mom would catch you with your hand in the cookie jar. Wow!

From - stout glass Taste - malt, chocolate, roast, weak bitter notes and sweetness, alcohol. Then malt, sweetness and caramel, quite soft feeling and thick, lot of alcohol in this one. Can shared. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aromas of caramel, labre larver (I so wish everyone knew what these were but basically a licorice caramel candy), vanilla, dark chocolate, light roast. Taste has the same sweet caramel, vanilla, light roast, dark chocolate, slight bitterness.
