500ml bottle from Morrisons, Eastbourne. Poured a mostly clear golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with an earthy, light pepper spice, woodg hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#26. ST HELIER. First drink in Jersey, one I'd see quite frequently in keg across the island. Drank in Royal Square in the capital. An easy, glowing golden carbonated brew - not particularly fruity but nice enough.

Half-pint, draught, outside in the beer garden at The Catherine Wheel. Bright golden body, stable white head leaving rings of lace down the glass. Quite inviting on the nose with grassy hops and a citric scent. Moments of lemon and peaches to the taste profile followed by a semi-dry bitter ending. Decent. (Bibury, Cotswold, 26.04.2025).

500ml bottle shared (with Adam) on 4th January 2025 at the 90th Birthday celebrations of Mum and Dad. Pale amber body, clean and clear. Citrus fruit lead in the nose and flavour with grapefruit to the fore. Other fruits arrived and left as we sipped our halves.
