Kveldens desidert beste.

Tap at Beergeek Bar, thx Adam! Hazy brown body, off-white head. Caramelly aroma, bit soapy, subdued spicy touches, alcohol. Lean taste, caramelly-soapy, sweetish, malty, light apple and alcohol. Dunno, much better on paper than in the glass.

AROMA: medium caramel-like malt aroma, followed by faint apple and low cinnamon. medium alcohol note. APPEARANCE: orange-ambar color and clear. medium creamy beige head with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: low cereal husk flavor, followed by cinammon and medium malty-sweet background (caramel). medium to medium-low background with an almost dry finish. PALATE: medium-high body with medium carbonation. faint tanninic astringency. OVERALL: a SHV beer where the additions are a bit faint.

Keg at Cerveteca lisboa. It pours hazy deep mahogany brown with a thick beige head. The aroma is rich, sweet, juicy apple, orchard fruits, jammy berry, cinnamon, festive spice, clove rock and candy. The taste is bitter - sweet, festive spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, apple crumble, red berry, raisin, boosty warming alcohol, chewy malt, leather, light varnish, some acidity and wood with a spicy, warming finish. Medium + body and moderate carbonation. Nice aroma is apple pie, but it is a bit rough in reality. Not without its charms, but I couldn’t drink a whole lot of it.
