As the end of the year is near, we’re crafting the year’s final masterpiece – a barrel aged beer like no other. We’ve chosen the crème de la crème of bourbon barrels and combined four different and very rare barrels: Weller, Willet, Pappy Van Winkle and Woodford Reserve, to infuse our beer with unparalleled character.

The result is a sensory revelation. Boasting a rich aroma of booziness, caramel, and a touch of biscuity sweetness. Hints of molasses, fruitiness, and a delicate peaty note. A sip reveals a full-bodied, bourbon-infused flavor, transforming into a beautiful dark chocolate finish.
As you know, no adjuncts are used for our Indulgence; this is all beer, barrels and craft.

What you have here is our tribute to the best bourbon barrels available. A fitting close to an indulging year. Thank you for enjoying Indulgence with us.

Bottle at the brewery. Probably one of my fav Indulgences so far. The bourbon is mindblowing on it, the base is as thick and intense as ever. It takes me straight back to 2020 when a BA beer still could blow my mind, except I really do like this one now.

44 cl. can shared with Sjoerd, Dennis and Dick @ Sjoerd. Black with a thin beige head. Massive bourbon aroma, raisins, caramel, oak and some peaty smoke. Sweet taste with a creamy boozy bourbon finish. Fantastic beer.

Can shared at tasting. Opaque jet black color, no head. Aroma is malts, light ash, smoke. Flavor is malts, ash / smoke lightly, roast softly, distant peated tart note. Hmm okayish.

500 ml bottle. Pours black with no head. Aromas of graham crackers, dark caramel, vanilla, sweet bourbon, sweet raisins, and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional dusty chocolate, creamy coffee, and subtle smoke/charred oak. Brilliant.

Bottle big thanks to my bro. It pours like motor oil... jet black with a small dark brown head. The aroma is dark roasted, rich, unctuous, oily, decadent, slick, vanilla cake frosting, toasted marshmallow, huge bourbon character, toasty coconut, chocolate bourbons and rocky road. The taste is slick, oily, unctuous, decadent, bitter - sweet, thicccck, dark roasted malt, chocolate gateaux, dark chocolate, vanilla, fudgey, plenty of bourbon character, bourbon soaked oak, chocolate bourbons, mars bar, snickers, toasted nut, praline and a kick of boozey heat through the finish. Super full bodied, fine carbonation and slick, oily mouth feel. Lovely bourbon character. I thought this may be a bit much for me given the name, but it works well.
