On tap at HopDog after eating one of the best dogs I've had here. Darkest beer with good tan head. Lightly roasted grain nose, flavor has hints of molasses and chocolate, very smooth roasted flavors. Tasty dunkel, not too sweet with light, smooth bitterness.

Tap at HopDog. Dark. Melanoidin, caramel, hazelnut, roasted malt, toffee icecream. Taste is soft, creamy and bitter dusty, chalky. Old dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, sweet, salty. Bit sticky dry sweet mouthfeel, but it fits. Decent.

Tap at Hopdog. Dark ruddy brown, tanned cream. Licorice and light caramel roast, mellow toffee base, medium body, very dry, despite the caramel, good grassy and light herbal hop, less hop profile than I am used to from the brewery though. A bit on the candy notes, still quite drinkable though because of the dry mouthfeel.

Mürsbacher Dunkel, vom Faß im Sonnen-Bräu, Mürsbach. - Kräftig dunkelbraun. - Kremiger, tief dunkelmalziger Antrunk mit gediegener Malzigkeit, eleganten Dunkelmalzaromen, Melanoidinen, Anklängen an Kaffee. Tiefer Malzkörper mit dezenter Restsüße, abgeschmeckt mit zarter Frucht. Leichte, zart zitronige Hopfennoten. Milder rezent, vollmundig. - Äußerst gediegenes Dunkles, weit besser als der Durchschnitt.
