Do naszego czternastomiesięcznego wild ale dodaliśmy sporą ilość świeżo zebranych winogron odmiany Sauvignier Gris. Piwo w ich towarzystwie spędziło ponad 5 miesięcy czego efektem jest Enology 2024 Sauvignier Gris. W aromacie znajdziemy znaną z białych win mineralność, zest cytrusowy, pigwę, a wszystko to z wyraźnym akcentem „funky”. Piwo niepasteryzowane, naturalnie refermentowane w butelkach.

TCBW2024. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some tartness with mild grapes and some wooden tones to it. Flavour is grapes, some wood, mild tartness with some acidity and a bit herbal tones too.
