330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.6%. Orange colour, hazy. Moderate to low white head. Aroma of pomegranate, spicy saison yeast and hops. Fruity and slightly acidic flavour of pomegranate, spicy saison yeast again, slightly salty, distinct hoppy bitterness in the finish.

Bottle from Bottle Baron. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pomegranate pith, Chardonnay and cherry tomatoes. Flavour of sour cranberry with a hot, boozy finish. Medium body with a dry, mouth-puckering mouthfeel. Light fizz. Very sharp and tart. Has all the qualities of a tart, unripe pomegranate, with none of the usual sweetness. Not exactly easy drinking.

Bottle courtesy of Geraint and Helen, thanks you two! Consumed at home Sunday 15th November 2015 (our birthday weekend). Good fruitiness, a little tart and quite intriguing, too busy cooking to look at label so no idea what it is. Quite a dryness to this, yep this is berry tart, wow this does finish dry, just looked at deScription, yep I can totally see that it’s pomegranate, good stuff. A7 A3 T7 P3 Ov15 3.5
