Bottled. Deep brown colour with a beige small creamy head. Aroma is chocolate, some roasted malts, mild toffee and some slight ripe fruity and mild plum notes. Flavour is chocolate, quite big bitterness along with some toffee and mild roasted notes.

Dark brown with a very tall, foamy, beige head. Mocha coffee aroma. Plums and cherries underneath. Taste is bittersweet and reverses the usual course, with the bitterness dominating the first half and the sweetness the finish. Medium bodied with mild carbonation. A good, straightforward porter.

Bottle, thanks Raul. Marker pen aroma, light spice. Taste is good fruity, soy sauce, light bitterness. Interesting.

Bottle 330ml. @ Liepyno namai, Lietuva.[ As Tanker Checkmate ].Clear dark brown colour with a large, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, sweet malt, light to moderate coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, dark malt, sweet malt, light roasted - coffee'ish. Bottle: Almost black coloured, small tanned head, presumably not completely clear, moderate bitter-sweet nose toasted malt, caramel and brown bread; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, low acidity, medium bodied, pretty smooth; hints of coffee in the slightly lingering bitter-sweet toasty-caramelly finish. Pitch black with a thick lightly head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits and dark malts. Taste is sweet. Full bodied. Sweet finish with fruits and dark malts. Nice.

Jeg går planke nr. 2 (Tanker krankupp) på SKAAL København aug-18: brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Ettersom alle disse ølene fra Tanker er nytappet og nettopp koblet på har de alle en frisk og innbydende aroma og smak. Her finner jeg kaffe, mørke sjokolader med hint av kanel og kardemomme og et overmodent bjørnebær som lusker rundt i bakgrunnen. Halvsøt afslutning. En god dessertøl med mersmak.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Dark brown to black pour with a off white head. Roasted sweet dark malty with some notes of coffee, some cocoa and caramel, light dried fruity, medium body, dark malty finish.
