750ml bottle. Murky golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Yeasty aroma delivers slightly fusty, sulphuric protein notes, a herbal touch, hints of quince. Taste is dry with identical protein notes, again some quince. Definitely not their best Saison.

On tap at Ho.st. An opaque straw gold with a thick foamy head. Wheaty saison spice aroma - appetizing. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. The taste is tart lightly spicy saison, very nice.

Süß hefiger Antrunk gewürzig. Auch im Mittelteil hefig, deutlich bananig. Leichte Zitrusnoten, minimal herb. Rundes, eher unspannendes Bier. 11/9/8/9/8/9

Sincèrement, j’avais une attente un peu élevée pour ce produit... Elle est bonne mais à part ce petit côté acidulé et herbal, elle n’a rien qui se démarque. Elle est très bonne mais somme toute moyenne.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur dorée trouble, voile de mousse blanche. Arôme herbal, levure, malt, un peu sûre, citron. Goût de levure, malt, herbal, amertume moyenne surtout en fin de bouche. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense.

[ As Hopfenstark Saison Station 7 (Bière aux Herbes) ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, yeasty, straw - citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140201]

Bottle at Yespr’s. It pours pale gold with a small white head. The nose is sweetish, dough, hay, herbal, stone fruit, spice and straw. The taste is lightly tart, sherbet, bitter lemon, vinous, white grape skin, gooseberry and herbs with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice subtle nuances to it. Interesting and balanced.

Bottle@Yespr’s - golden fuzzy pour with medium white head. Sweet floral and fruity taste and aroma, sweet yeasty and bretty, some herbalness and spice in there with a dry finish.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Hazy, golden-amber with a bubbly, white head. Fruity aroma with spices, caramel malts, yeasts and grasses. Taste is sweet and somewhat herbal. Medium body. Finishes dry and fruity with citrus. Neat.
