7-3-7-4-14 Can, #205, four months before bbd. Pours hazy orange, with a creamy head. Aroma is yeasty esters, with hay and floral notes, as well as pale malts with some farmhouse notes. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is tart yeasty notes of hay and floral notes, as well as malty minerals. Dry finish.

Bottle. A golden colored beer with a nice white head. Some lacing. The aroma is quite neutral, flowery and lightly fruity, with a dusty, cellary touch. It's rather thin on the palate, semi-dry, with flowery, fruity flavors. Not much bitterness. Some belgo-yeast notes, with pale malts. Short fruity finish. A rather dull one. 200912

Bottle 330ml @ gunnfryd Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast and floral. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long malty, yeasty and floral finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

330 ml bottle, batch #144, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Slightly hazy pale pink colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of hibiscus and citrus, hints of mild spices. Citric and slightly acidic mouthfeel. Citric flavour too, with distinct notes of hibiscus. Low bitterness. Might go well with Asian food, but is hardly an exciting drinking experience on its own.

Bottle shared with KH and IG on board Bia Baridi as we are sailing past Arndal. Cloudy red peach colour. Aroma and taste of wheat, hibiscus, flowers, grass and malt. Some hop bitterness.

Bottle at Noodle Noodle. Unclear reddish orange body with a big, pink head. Aroma of acidic fruit/berries and a bit floral. Taste is more than less like aroma, acidic fruit/berries, hint of flowers and some light yoghurt. Medium to light bodied and average aftertaste. Nice, refreshing, quite straight forward balancing sweet and acidic beer.

0,33 flaske på Noodle Noodle - en passende oppvarming til Mi2 Cardinal des-19: lett uklar gylden med et rosa skjær. Fint skum som varer. Tydelige, florale inntrykk både i aroma og smak - delikat hint av røde bær, honning, snill søt citrus, og lychee. Elegant og forfriskende med en viss sødme i finishen. Mersmaken følger med.
