On tap at Nærbø Ølfestival. An unclear orange-golden colored beer topped by a small off-white head leaving some lacing. The aroma has a hint of elderflower, along with some pine cones and a very light maltyness. All quite weak, and that goes for the flavor too, except there's the elderflower are more pronounced. Generic fruityness, some pale malts and pine cones too. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-dry and nicely carbonated, with a rather short finish. Overall, a bit too gentle this one, but at least it's easy drinkable and quite refreshing. 191005

Ølfestivalen Nærbø 2019. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is citrus, floral, pine, juniper. Flavor is citrus, floral, pine, juniper, malt, kveik, spruce.m OK beer.

Tap @ Fermenten. Slightly unclear golden body with a small, lacing white head. Mild aroma of pale malt and some kind of general fruitiness with a floral touch. Taste is smooth, light pale malt, some fruit, yeast (do not recognize the distinct kveik flavor here) and pleasant bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste has a bit more complexity than the first impression. Nice choice together with the cheese and toast.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy pale golden colour, small white head. Aroma of elderflowers and sprucetips, fruity notes of kveik. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma.

From tap at Fermenten with TT 28.07.19 and at Mi2 at Cardinal 02.12.19. Cloudy straw colour. Off-white head. Aroma and taste of elderflowers, fresh grass, sorrel and hops. Good.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma of elder flowers, notes of spruce, some fruity notes. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness. Thin bodied.

7-3-7-4-14 On tap @ Øst, Stavanger. Pours hazy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart wooden yeast and sweet foresty notes of shrubbery, as well as some farmhouse. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay and wood, as well as grass, farmhouse and forest shrubbery.

Fra fat på Bøker&Børst, under Gladmaten juli-19: uklar kobbergylden med fint skum som varer. Saftig, frisk og fruktig med søt citrus og kvae fra granskuddene og deilig fruktighet fra kveiken gir en harmonisk øl med personlighet og høy ff (forfrisningsfaktor). Antydning til mandariner. En norsk Fynsk forår? Og mersmaken var hjertelig til stede hele veien. So smooth.
