Tap @ Cardinal. Unclear pale golden body with a dense, lacing white head. Aroma of pale malt and moderate grapefruit. Flavor is like a plain and fruity pale ale with some grapefruit and moderate bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. Decent, OK but nothing special.

On tap at Sørlandet Matfestival. It's an unclear yellowish orange colored beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is citrusy and piney, with grapefruit hints and a faint peppery touch. It's full to medium bodied, nicely carbonated and with a good dash of bitterness. Some malty sweetness in the back. Fruity flavor leading my thoughts more to Belgian yeast than an American Pale Ale, with a peppery yeasty touch and generic fruityness. A good dash of citrus too though. Lasting finish. Sørlandets Bryggerifestival 2019. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavor is fruit, malt, hop, grapefruit, citrus, juniper, pine. OK beer.

Endelig er vi samlet igjen til Mi2 på Cardinal - komfortsonens hovedmanesje! Og det er helt på sin plass å starte med et lokalt produkt fra fat, vi heier alltid på alle de fine lokale bryggeriene vi er velsignet med her i regionen. Lett uklar lys strågul med flott skum som varer. Jeg finner grapefrukt, granskudd/furunål og Simpsons appelsinsquash i aroma og smak, samt et hint av urter i bitterheten. Pålitelige kilder sier Galaxy is often described as having a passion fruity character along with aromas and flavors of clean citrus and peach. It may also carry threads of pineapple and tropical fruit. In short, its characteristics are all fruit with no floral, pine, or spice. Så der bommet jeg kraftig, men jeg likte den uansett og kommer sikkert til å kjøpe den igjen.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Slightly hazy yellow colour, huge white head. Nice aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, a hint of pine. Dry flavour, notes of piney hops, also grapefruit, bitter finish.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours deep golden with big white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, notes of pine. Tastes slightly sweet with more than balancing bitterness. Thin bodied, dry mouthfeel, slightly bitter finish.
