Cask @ Regal Moon, Rochdale. Clear brown with a creamy head. Having had the original version on a trip to Tennessee this is a smoother tasting effort with a similar dark malt profile and breadiness.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol October 2023. Medium brown in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Leafy hops, bready malts, some berry fruits, leading to a gently bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at the Hope Tap, Reading (JDW). Chestnut coloured with a beige head. Chestnut coloured with a beige head and a light fizz. Caramel and fruit (raspberries ?) up front before roasted chestnuts, butter and malty brown bread emerge. There's some flavour in here that I can't quite put my finger that I don't like very much. No real bitterness, but it's not sweet either. Overall it's ok, but not up to Adnams normal 'Spoons collaboration standards.

[Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading.] A chestnut pour with a tight cream coloured head; bready malt aroma; smooth and treacly in the mouth with a biscuity malt taste and a trace of molasses; then a dry finish. Smooth and subtle.
