750 cl bottle at the Cantillon Brewery/Museum in Brussels, Belgium. The pour is sparkling clear golden with a small foamy white head, super fine carbonation bubbles. The aroma is cognac, rum and oak barrel along with soft inviting funk. The taste is soft, base Lambic with tart sour, then moves into the cognac, rum and wood which is very drying. The palate is light bodied with sparkling fine carbonation and more of the cognac barrel finish, mixing with the tart sourness. This was really nice.

Bottle at Rassia share. Cloudy yellow with brief head. Quity a lot of musky wood, some dates, green grapes, light tartness. A bit of cobweb. Slightly boozy.

6/VI/24 - 75cl bottle @ Didier’s mansion, BB: n/a, 23-24 edition, lot: sept., bottled: 5/IX/23 (2024-363) Thanks to Didier for sharing the bottle!
Clear orange blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: very fruity, some tropical fruits, juicy, nice stuff, oranges, orange peel, juicy, woody, pretty nice! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish, lemony, pretty fruity, orange peel, bitter, some tannins, meh. Aftertaste: more bitterness, dry, spicy, sweet touch, some caramel, a bit oily, ok. Probably a bit too young still, needs a bit of ageing if you ask me.
