Can. A crystal clear golden colored beer a small white head. The aroma has a nice maltyness and fruityness, both quite gentle. Pear, grass and a flowery hint. It's medium to thin bodied, gently carbonated, semi-dry and with a very soft bitterness. Fruity flavor, grass, pear and a flowery hint, with some pleasant pale malts. Medium length finish. A clean but quite uninteresting one, even for a Helles. 241029

Can at home. Pours almost clear golden with white head. Aroma of grains, light bread, some floral hop notes. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness and a bitter finish. Thin bodied.

440ml can, #732, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Clear straw coloured body, remaining white head, fair lacing. Inviting smell of grass and grain. Fine blended taste profile of bread, lemony hops, and soft malts. Drying close, with a subdued, clean bitter bite. Nice thirst quencher. (Tromsø, 05.10.2024).

7-5-7-4-15 Can, #732, two weeks after canning. Pours clear yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with white bread, hay and honey, as well as floral hops with grass and herbal minerals. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with bread crust, hay and heather, as well as floral hops with grass. Dry finish.

Sirlige notater fra en hyggelig kveld hos Johan, alle øl delt med ham, Egil, Jone og Anna. 0,44 boks (takk til Jone!): klar gylden med ok skum. Lett urtepreg, høy, brød (med smør?). Søtlig avslutning, litt for lav bitterhet synes jeg. Skuffende fra den ellers så ytterst kompetente Hillevågsgjengen.
