[ As Vandenbroek Royal Blend B - abrikozensaison ].
ABV: 6.5%. Bottle #28/63. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, herbs - yeast, light apricot, some funk notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, wheat - yeast, apricot, grass - leather - brett, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20190926]

Bottle 49/60 . Pours bit unclear blonde, medium white head. Smell is wet cellar, cork. Rusy. Fresh and fruity undertone are very much in the back. Taste is sharp, overcarbonated. Wet oak, musty , oxidized. Cellar. not to great, first TVDB that is simply off to me.

Dorée-orange, col fin blanc.
Arôme au nez abricot, effet 'moldy', fruité plus en retrait, note de fruit vert en rétro-nasal.
Palais est fruité, abricot, le tout un cran en dessous de la version pêche, effervescence bcp trop haute, le tout un peu 'musty', mousseux fort marqué. Impression de 'cheese mold', aigreur perdure sur la fin et accentue l'effet de sécheresse.

Bottle at the pre-Borefts tasting 2019, Zaandam. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, herbal woody, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, fresh, juicy citrus, dry yeasty palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is apricots, leather, earthy funk, great rusticness. Taste is apricots, earthy, leather very nice fruitiness. Silky mouthfeel with medium to high carbonation. Very characterful stuff.
