13/01/2019 €home - bottle from a trade with hackobock. Dark orange, no head; Nose is apple, sweet, caramel. Taste is apple caramel, bit tarte tatin, some alcohol no barrel in the taste. Nice desert cider.

Courtesy of SinH4. Pours clear amber. Aroma is dried apple, peel, leather, citrus fruit, oxidation. Body is heavy and oily, decently sour, even acidic. Penetrates the senses. Lots of apple, caramel, some oak, lemon, orange peel. Balanced acidity, moreish. Intense, yet far from too thick. Very good.

Clear oily amber. Aroma is apple some yeast apple juice a little almond and raisin. Taste is apple sourness with more sweet apple juice. Oily. Apple finish. No trace of alcohol. Very balanced. Nice.

Thank you SinH4! Sampled at his place. Darker orange. Nose is very sweet apple, candy, sugar, toffee. Taste is similar sweeter than usual apple for ice cider, candy, sugar, apple, good bodied, desert heavy, totally dig it.

Bottle. deep copper. Concentrated Bratapfel, Fresh appleskin, Medium dry body, vineous, pear apple, dry, lightfooted, elegant, lovely.

Bottle, many thanks konstifik! Clear copper color with no head. Aroma is gummy bears, red apple skin, a bit oaky. Taste is super concentrated apples, a touch walnutty, surprisingly sweet. Oily mouthfeel, flat, quite some acidity there too. Excellent!

Golden-amber, clear body, no head.
Lovely aroma of concentrated, sweet apple, fruit gum, sweet honey, subtle wood.
Tastes of sweet apple concentrate, honey, less fruit gum, more juice, slight tartness, slight spices.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, without carbonation.
Finishes sweet, concentrated, with red apple skin, apple juice, subtle lingering wood.
Very tasty! The barrel aging is pretty subtle, only leading to a slight wooden note and an overall higher smoothness. Lots of lovely, concentrated apple notes everywhere, while never too sticky, perfectly balanced. Beautiful stuff!

Thnx to Kermis ! Pours dark blonde, smell is intense, pure applesauce. Taste is sweet, thick, syrupy, mild alcohol, full flavored apple. Mild tartness from the apples towards the back. Another great ice cider.

8 3 8 3 18Bottle shared at Not Breaking The Bake’s Tasting. Clear dark golden with a small bubbly ring head. Aroma of sweet red apple, apple pie, woody notes, tart green apple, toffee apple. Flavour is heavy sweet and above light sour. Medium bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.
