50% barley, 50% wheat slightly dryhopped with Amarillo made with the German Weihenstephan yeast. Pineapple, pear and tangerine in the flavor. The fruit almost makes you forget that this beer is well hopped with flowery and citric hops. More hops in the aftertaste, with notes of banana and fresh cheese.

Cloudy caramel brown - orange beer with a frothy white head. Light dry palate. Yeasty and spciy start leading to fruit and herbs. Traces of banana and bubblegum. Complex but the yeast dominates a little too much. Original rating 3.

Cloudy light brown beer. Clean white head. Light palate. semi soft and semi dry. Creamy malt with a pinch of spice. Blended perfectly with subtle sweet citrus. Finishes dry. Deftly put together, slips down easy.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a fluffy off-white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, lemon, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, caramel, lemon, yeast, and cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish, where a bread note appears. The mouthfeel is sparkling due to a high level of carbonation.

Thanks to bierkoning for that bottle. Looks good. Very zippy, half the bottle meaves the bottle after I opened it. Looks good in the glass, light yellow, modest turbid. Starts mild, yeasty, fruity like apricot, quite sourish. Well balanced finish, still quite mild for a weizenbock, a bit spicy. Not bad!

(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Dark golden colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, apricots and grassy hops. Fruity, malty taste with citrus, grainy malt, canned fruit (pineapple, peaches) and a touch of grassy hops. More than medium body, with some sweetness. Nice one.
