Cask at the Crosse Keys (JDW), London. Murky amber with an off-white head. Citrus dominates here - sharp lemon, with marmalade following and a little brown bread in the background. Middling bitterness to finish. It's just about ok; it grew on me and went surprisingly and unexpectedly well with my hunters chicken.

Cask handpull at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Clear russet colour lasting beige head. Aroma of an American red ale. They got the hops right. Some Rose Turkish Delight flavour. Decent malt. Yep tasty stuff.

Cask @ Cromwell's Tap House. Pours a misty amber, off-white head. Malty sweet aroma, lightly spiced. Leafy marmalade malt to taste, malty sweet, spiced, with a good bitterness. Could be cooler, fresher.

Very slightly hazy golden amber with a tight frothy white head and fruit malt with a touch of citrus on the nose. Soft and smooth, semi-creamy with pine up front, bitter orange and a dry, bittersweet finish.
