We've taken inspiration from the elevation in music, the increasing sound, level and intensity. We wanted to create a new TIPA that raises the roof with a constant elevation in depth and flavours to take you on an uplifting journey. Thick, custard-like body then DDH with Eclipse, Citra Cryo and one of our new favourite hops, Peacharine. Enjoy a diverse balance of flavours from soft peach, bright mango, fresh pine and sweet kiwi.
Hops: Galaxy, Eclipse, Citra Cryo, Peacharine

17/02/2024 Palace Hall Malmö Feb 2024 tasting Part 2 - nice to get Peacharine again and it does as it says, lots of succulent juicy peach, mango and apricot action, dense sweet malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Lovely.

Ja sjukt jävla välbalanserad Dipa. Höga alkoholhalten är bara smakförstärkare . Finns ingen alkoholsmak. VÄLBALANSERAD.

Can from Cork & Cask. Appearance - murky yellow to orange. Foamy, white head. Nose - initially dank, then overripe passionfruit and dank guava. Orange zest lurking. Taste - passionfruit then going into citrus pith, then grapefruit too. Palate - medium bodied, tangy and bitter middle and finish. Overall - good stuff.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of peach, mango, guava, passionfruit, grapefruit. Taste is the same, super juicy, peaches, mango, guava, passionfruit, zesty grapefruit, pine, low bitterness, not too sweet either. Full bodied. Outstanding TIPA once again from Overtone.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Nose is a heady and strong mix of rich tropical fruits and savoury skunk. Pretty light palate for the style, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts, a light smooth creamy sweetness. Hops bring a soft pine and an ass kicking hop spice that gets into burny territory. Only ever had Peacharine hops with other hops, wish someone would solo this, but this does have a ripe peachy front end to a smooth tropical fruit melange, modest ripeish citrus underneath. Hop spice continues to assault on the finish and we'll past the aftertaste. A full on properly hoppy TIPA but is also, in terms of mouthfeel, pretty darn light. They say practise makes perfect and I think Overtone have paid their dues, their best DIPAs can stand toe to toe with anyone on the global stage.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan 24. Pours a misty milky yellow complexion. Aroma is proudly exotic sweet juicy. Taste follows in a similar fashion, smooth, light bodied with good milky exotic stonefruit notes. Lovely.
