Cask at Anspach. It pours lightly hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, bready, orange marmalade sandwich, apricot, pear and melon. The taste is dry, peppery spice, grass, straw, floral, earth, cracker, ginger even, white grape, hay and light tannin with a drying finish. Light to medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Easy going. Fine.
