Bottiglia.

Can, 9.4%. Sweetish aroma, jammy with some dark red or black berry. Black colour. Very big stable creamy and rocky light brown head. The flavour is sweet and roasted with a citric finish. Quite roasted but more than balanced out by the sweetness. Syrupy mouthfeel. Cold coffee aftertaste.

GBBF Day 1. Keykeg. Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Smooth airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy dark malts, a little dark malt cream. Earthy coffee. Little dark fruits. Light finish brings a mild bitterness. Tres drinkable.

Deep dark brown colour, huge and stable dense beige head; aroma of burnt plum jam, dried chery, dark chocolate, slight smokey and whisky notes; taste of intensive roasted-burnt bitterness, syrupy notes, dark chocoate, dried plum made from unripe plum, leather-soy sauce-like notes and some licorice; excellent imperial stout!
