This is a beer for all occasions. Just on the upper en of a session beer, at 4% and a full on flavour and body. Pouring a deep orange with slight haze, as you would expect from the oats and wheat.

The aroma is citrus and tropical fruits, which follows onto the palate and coats the mouth with each and every sip.

Oversized frothy white head left a collar on an unclear amber coloured still body. Minimal grape aroma. Medium bodied, flat & lifeless. Bitter vegetal tastes with herb, pith & acidic tastes. This is an endurance test.

Appearance- lively pour, an enormous head. Eventually settles to a deep amber colour with a big beige head. Aroma is malt, some hoppy fruit, stewed fruit, some citrus. Taste is fluffy malt, bitter orange peel, bit of spice, more malt. Quite a full mouthfeel, the oats lift it. A bit rye-like.

Keg at the Copper Room, Stamford. Orange-brown, hazy with a small film of white head. Spicy rye aroma combined with resin, bubble gum, Bit-o-Honey, caramel and some candy sugar. Spicy sweet taste with a bit of sour mash sourness. A touch of bitter spiced orange peel and brown sugar on the finish. Cracking little drink!
