375 ml corked and caged bottle, 7/14/23. Bottled 9/9/22. Pours an unclear, bright golden color with a large foamy froth of white head. Straw, grass, lemon balm, pepper, and some graininess. Nicely funky. Incredibly bright and flavorful stuff, with a dry, bretty, peppery close. Was in a Saison mood today, and this 100% hit the spot.

375 mL corked bottle picked up at Elliott Bay. Cloudy golden pour, lasting fizz head. Nice and inviting aroma with soft brett and lemon like citrus. A touch of a sharp edge on first sip, has lots of juicy citrus fruit dried by some brett funk. Finishes on the dry note, but flavorful. Cool taste, very refreshing and funky saison. Solid brew.

Poured from 375mL bottle (btl 09/09/22; thanks mom for grabbing this). Hazy yellow with small white head. Rustic grain, mild brett, feint pepper, fairly dry. Decent.

375ml @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: light Brett, nothing special. Taste: same, too much Brett here. Overall: ok.

Hazy pale yellow, thin head. On the nose, a bit of pear, and light brett. A touch yeasty. On the palate, light yeasty, a bit of stone fruit. Off-dry, a slight biscuity note to the pale malts. Decent complexity.

375ml bottle pours a fairly clear, straw gold with some clumpy white head. Nose is soft but has a lot, clear 2 row character, straw, green grapes, lilacs, honey, green peppercorns, dusty Brett. Brett is more present in the mouth with white pepper and straw and cracker, dryer lint, more lilac, some grist, some honey. Dry, peppery finish that has a lick of acid and some bite. Why don't I drink more saison?
