16 ounce can from Pinocchio’s in Media, PA. Murky yellow, tan color. Pillowy white head. Aromas of passion fruit, peach and citrus. Flavor is dank, juicy and oh so tasty. Notes of grapefruit, lemon pith, peach and kefir lime leaves. Smooth and well balanced.

Canned 7/15/24, drunk 8/11/24. Paler tangerine-maize-golden. Large, well-retained, white head. Nothing too sprucy/astringent from the Galaxy. Pale malts yield light honey and biscuit. Clean, no resin. Pear and yellow apple with lighter kiwi and starfruit suggestions. Bitter, drying, bordering chalky Galaxy up front is a bit surprising given the more mild, mellow nose. Ample body and you can taste the spelt texture, though I'd probably like a bit more malt sweetness to combat the drying Galaxy. Fruity, lightly juicy, but still coming back to the spicy, very dry Galaxy. Earth, mineral, clean. Very, very well-done and polished, but I think this hop just sucks now.

Keg at the Grand Delancey - NYC. Shared with drsandman. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy, white topping. Decent, very pithy and minerally, with notes of lemon peel, soft pale grains. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry and flinty in the finish, more pithy lemon. Find overall.
Taking the old timer out for his birthday. Beer is good. Needed after yesterday's beating of myself. Hair of the dog.

On tap at the Fermenteria, pours a muddy peachy yellow with some sticky, white head. Nose is very attractive, fruity and floral, peachy, nectarine, guava, melon, dandelion. Flavor is also sweet and fruity, peach, nectarines, honey, sticky guava and mango, cantaloupe, lime. Finishes creamy, lightly bitter. Super well done.

On tap at Hops Hill. Pours a cloudy pear juice with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma is full of pear and bitter citrus with sweet grains and tropical fruit underlying. Flavor has a combination of grass, pear and citrus with a bit o light grain supporting.

(Tap sample @ TH Fermentaria, Apr 11/18) Pours very hazy orange-gold with a tight white head. Notes of super juicy peach/nectarine, passionfruit, lychee, orange juice, fresh grass, light weed, subtle malt with some supporting sweetness up front and a dry finish with low bitterness and lingering stone fruit and citrus notes. Medium bodied with smooth, mouth filling carbonation. Fantastic, the best of the hoppy TH things I've tried to date. Great juice but not excessively sugary. Want more!
