A collaboration of Belgian tradition and modern mixed culture brewing. After a visit to our much admired friends at Oud Beersel in Belgium, a plan was hatched to blend our two beers together. Comprising 33% Lambic, 33% of our oak aged wild ale, and the rest being hoppy 3 month old Saison. The character of both breweries shines equally well. Packaged with raw honey in green glass bottles for a natural carbonation.

0.75 l bottle shared with Ico, Ogi and Marko at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Cloudy golden, small off-white head. Aroma is funky at first, phenolic and cheesy. Nice citrus and zest coming up forward. Hint of pineapple, hints of mango. Flavour is tangerine, pineapple, apricot, black pepper, hints of tart white grapes. Soft tartness, quite smooth, but a bit too soft and bland in the finish.

0.75l bottle with Hrabren, Iiiiiiico and Ogi. Hazy full golden body, thick off-white head. Sweetish floral aroma, vague esters, some funk and bretty touches. The taste starts soft, bit floral, quickly turns bretty but somehow green, green fruit abounds, tart green apple, ending tart and bitterish. Weird, doesn't work too well together.

75 cl bottle. Bottled in July 2022. Hazy golden orange colour with a dense white head. Fruity aroma with lemons, acidic accents, dry, wooden notes. Green apples and yeasts. The taste is sour. Medium body, a lively carbonation. Tart fruity finish. More lambiek than others in this blend. Nice.

Draught@TCBW2023. Hazy golden colour with a minor white head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is mild tart and funky lambic with some slight spiciness and gooseberries. Flavour is somewhat acidic, tart floral and fruity tones with some funk, spiciness and a bit of wood. Nicely dry palate. Lambic side dominates.
