Can. Clear mahagony/cola-coloured with a nice beige head. Aroma of dried fruits, figs, raisins and malts. Taste of malts, dark chocolate, caramel, nuts, toffee, brown sugar, hints of citrus fruits, minerals and herbs. Moderate to strong bitterness. Low to medium carbonation. Pleasant alcoholic warmth. Not exactly what I hoped for but still nice.

330mL can sampled at Weathered 2023, pours a clear dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toffee, dark dried fruits, and bready malt. Flavour is sticky and rich, with intense toffee, dark dried fruits, and bready malt. Rich toffee and dark fruits on the finish, with ample hops and wonderful cohesion. Lovely.

Pale brown colour. Thin head. Candied fruits, toast, sultanas, those sorts of aromas. Moderate bitterness, more candied fruit, tobacco, biscuity malt and nutty accents. It's a bit husky/harsh in the finish, so I wonder if I'd like one of the treatments more. Not bad, though.
