Stworzyliśmy naszego RISa na nowo, żeby wnieść go na zupełnie inny poziom. Całkowicie nowy zasyp uzupełniony o karmelizowany słód żytni daje bogactwo smaków od czerwonych owoców po nuty kawy i czekolady. Potężna pełnia wynikająca ze wzmocnienia piwa o dodatkowe 5 stopni Plato zbalansowana palono-goryczkowym finiszem.
Our Komes Russian Imperial Stout was good, but it can always be better. Completely new recipe with cararye malt and 30 Plato instead of 25.

Black with a small foamy brown head. Roasty and smoky with red meat and floral hops. Long finish. Full body

Half liter bottle pours with a nice deep dark to black colored body that really supported no head at all. The aroma offers up thick malts nuanced by a bit of reduced sugars and sweet dark fruity ester flowing into a sliver of caramel malts and dark roasted malts. The taste delivers a fun blend of slick sweet malts wrapped around highly roasted malts and chocolate malts. To midway a thin mesa of sweet dark fruity esters lead toward a growing boozy anise sort of black licorice sensation. Well into the after taste are notes of lingering dark roasted to nearly charred malts still held firm by slick malt and reduced sugar sweetness and black licorice. The big ABV is there but isn't even noticed from time to time. Great value. Great beer.

10 months since production. Black colour, almost no head. Aroma is vanilla, cherry, burned grain, ash, alcohol. Ash and alcohol feel a bit too harsh. Heavy sweetness, medium bitterness. Full body, oily texture. Messy.

Kolor ciemny nieprzejrzysty, piana jak i w poprzedniej wersji znika po chwili aromat słodowo czekoladowo, śliwkowy, w smaku czekolada , kawa , śliwka, palone zboża głownie jęczmień, do tego alkohol niewyczuwalny co jest dużym plusem w sensie sensorycznym a zarazem zgubnym omenem dnia następnego, w którym przesadzi się z komesami .

Thick chocolate and some roast. Coffee. Lagering gives it a weird vibe. Black pour with mocha head that disappears in like 5 seconds. Pretty sweet finish with some tang. Some booze. Bottle.

500 ml. Wellness charred malt, raisins, booze. Flavor is dark fruit, caramel, booze with a thick syrupy texture. A lot of charred malts. Also shows an unpleasant bitterness. The bottle was only $5.00 but…. Really was hoping for a bit more.

Bez piany. W aromacie czekolada, kawa, karmel, ciemne owoce. Przyjemnie. W smaku slodkie suszone ciemne owoce, czekolada, karmel. Ciało wysokie. Goryczka niska. Alkohol super ułożony. W tej cenie totalny kosmos! Super piwo

From 50 cl shared bottle. Near black with a thin tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, lots of black malts, ash, toasted bread, plums. Alcohol dense. Taste is sweet. Full bodied. Sweet finish with lingering dark malts. Alcohol. A simpler Imp. Stout, a bit too heavy on the black malts. Otherwise fine.
