With the hangover of the festive period still lingering, we decided to go back to square one and create something a little more on the sessionable side of things; something that we can go back to again and again without having to worry about our heads the next morning. Broken Poke doesn’t skirt on the hops; we’ve packed this beer to the nines with Idaho 7, Simcoe, Amarillo and HBC 630, and the result is a beer that bursts with the usual Polly’s checklist – tropical, juicy, and sweet vibes, but much more balanced and approachable thanks to the pithy citrus, orange peel and lemon notes to keep everything in check.
