Bottle from Aldi drunk in Nelson . Clear mid brown colour lasting beige head. Malty toast aroma. Yes it's an OK best bitter. Decent malts. Decent English style hops. Condition is OK. Finish has moderate bitterness. Yep decent enough

Clear orange to amber with decent off white top. Aroma has biscuit, grass, lemon, grapefruit zest. Taste has a fairly sweet sugary light-toffee malt with a leafy resin, orange noted bitter hop to balance. Near medium bodied, easy to drink.

Near clear burnished gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts, whisper of grain, really nothing serious. Surprisingly decent hops. Light cooling pine, fairly crisp. Decent citric hops, reasonably bright and with a touch of citric peel bitterness. All comes together, in good balance, to a crisp finish. Okay! Did not expect this quality from a cheap-as-chips Aldi purchase. Really rather drinkable.

Bottle from Aldi Supermarket, Pembroke Dock. Golden with a head. Has a fine and stated pale ale texture, full but its strength is not noticeable as there's plenty of tropical fruit in aroma and taste with minimal bitterness.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Aldi Dalston. Pours clear copper-gold with a foamy, mostly white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of sun-kisses biscuits, a little pine, dried orange peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance to finish, dry but malty, subtle citrus rind and aged pine. Perfectly drinkable.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, layered malts toffee, toast, wet hop, leafy, wet grass, soggy pine. Palate is semi sweet, chewy, moderate carbonation. Some mineral.

Fles gedeeld door Koenzie, het is een helder goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het aroma is fruitig en hoppig. De smaak is vol hoppig en bitter.

[50cl bottle from Aldi Bracknell.] A bright pale amber pour with a scummy looking white head; grainy aroma with a whiff of farmyard; malty taste with some purple fruit; then a dry fruity hop bitterness to finish.
