Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some floral coffee notes, coconut and vanilla notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some floral coffee notes, some coconut and vanilla with a sweet finish. Body is full with good carbonation with some discernible alcohol notes. Solid pastry BA stout with great balance of flavors.

Blackish colour with no highlights seen, a mocha-coloured head, average lasting and leaving some small soapy lacing spots left. Nutty aromas with some alcohol, blended by vanilla, sweetness from the marshmallow and maple syrup. The maple syrup comes out a little more in the taste at first sip, but get balanced with the coconut, vanilla and nuts. Hints of coffee lingers on the tongue. Lots of sweet things in here, but not overly sweet, nor too rich - well-brewed with an oily mouthfeel, and a mildly ending, building dryness.
