Clean, golden colour with a nice creamyish, warm-whitish head, good retention and thick foamy-creamy lacing chunks. Grassy-resinous aromas, but very mild with hints of farm-like, biscuit malt and floral notes. A smooth mouthfeel with a nice, light building dryness. A straw malt base in the flavours with good hoppy-grassiness, and a tad caramel. A good, straight up American IPA - that is it.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, treacle, light mineral notes, light grapefruit, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light dank notes, light resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Accents tropicaux, citronnés, limette, fruit de la passion dans une palette aromatique bien fruitée. Liquide doré bien limpide, recouvert d’une mousse rocailleuse moyennement dense et bien persistante. Entrée de bouche légèrement épicée, poivrée, avec de subtils accents tropicaux et citriques rappelant la limette. La base maltée révèle de subtiles notes de miel à la limite du caramel. L’amertume est assez considérable, herbacée, résineuse et terreuse. La finale offre une légère âpreté qui se prolonge quelques secondes en arrière-bouche. Une IPA bien amère et fort bien réussie.
