Encannée 9 mai 2023 et dégustée le 26 juillet 2023. Effluves citriques et tropicales de l'olfactif avec notes de pamplemousse et d'ananas, mais surtout, de puissants accents de résine de houblons. L'alcool perceptible reste léger. Un filet de mousse qui ne persiste pas du tout. Un liquide doré ambré complètement flou. Un malté céréalier bien assumé s'intègre à d'intenses notes de résine ''grassy'', déclenchant une amertume intense soutenue par un alcool poivré qui nous donne une finale âpre et rugueuse. Ici, le terme amertume prend tout son sens, mais s'accommode cependant d'une légère sensation tropicale et d'un subtil penchant caramélisé. A lightly hazed golden amber DIPA with a thin lacing creamy off white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with fruity esters, resinous hops, light dank notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with dark fruits, alcohol warmth, dank notes, resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Slightly hazy, golden-amber colour with a big frothy-foamy, warm-white head, good retention and some nice foam-patches of lacing. Herbal, piney, grassy aromas over the caramel malt base. Lightly bitter, fairly dry, but all-around quite mild - for what seems to be getting a kick in the face. Lots of grassiness in the taste over the caramel, cereal malts. An easy-drinking, dry Double West Coast IPA.
