A collab with Unity Brewing, we've honed in on their love for brewing modern Belgian beers. Here's a sessionable farmhouse style, packed with wheat and spelt for a satisfying body and dry finish, evoking tastes of endless summers. New world hops give this beer a big nose of lemon drops and tastes of a fresh fruit salad. You are left with the wheat’s serenade of a tinge of banana. At its ABV, it's truly a beer to drink “All Night Long”.

Light haze on this pale beer, tidy white head. Palate is airy, mildly dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Light malts, a vague lager character. Light dry seltzer and mild but bitterish floralness. Trace of citric peel. Light crisp finish. It's clean but a bit hollow and for me, much like most grisettes, a bit pointless.

Sunday evening 26th Aug 2018, the train home from Birmingham; four blokes sharing six beers, this was one of them. 330ml bottle, poured a golden yellow, light haze to the body, wispy topping. Lemon biscuits in the nose and taste, interesting stuff, malty and citrusy all at the same time.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy, pure white head. Really nice stuff, crisp and clean, lots of dry wheat, biscuits, sourdough bread, some lemon peel, straw. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Well rounded finish, more crisp biscuits, wheat flakes, dried lemon peel, mild grassy bitterness. Super drinkable.

Keg at Euston Tap West Lodge. It pours clear straw yellow with a sturdy medium white head. The aroma is straw, cereal, cracker, wet rope, doughy bread, spicy, clove and ginger The taste is crisp, bone-dry, grass, straw, cracker, touch of toasty grain, peppery spice and soda water with a dry, kind of herbal finish. Light body and high, foamy carbonation. A bit spicy, herbal and harsh on the carbonation front. I like the style, but not sure this own quite comes together.
