4 oz draft. The traditional flavor of soft bread or cracker malt with saws, grassy bitterness. Light in their bitterness realm.

Brewery side pour, 7/5/24. Clear golden brass. Rich, off-white head, well-retained. Spicy, bright, excellent, high mineral yeast and pale malts adding honey and biscuit, to balance. Soft, malty, clean and spicy with big herbs. Lovely malt character with a rustic, almost cellar-like yeast. Lingering noble hop character is bright and tempting.

16 ounce can. Brassy gold color. Large, frothy beige head. Spotty lacing. Biscuity malt aroma hints at spicy noble hops. Flavor upfront is tangy and spicy. Soft, bready malt leads to spicy, herbal hops. Hints of citrus peel, cut grass and light minerality.

Can on MV. Picked up from the Craft Beer Cellar in Waterbury. Pours clear gold with a small, teeny white topping. Light sweet flavour with great pale biscuit character, fresh cereal, mild bitter grass and straw, low yeast expression. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, just enough bitterness, fresh biscuits and crunchy cereal. Great stuff.

A golden lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.
