Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt and chocolate notes with floral coffee notes. Taste is also a nice mix of chocolate malt with some floral coffee notes. Body is about average with good carbonation and not real perceptible alcohol notes. Well brewed stout with nice floral coffee notes.

Dark brown colour with ruby highlights, a big frothy warm mocha-coloured head, good stay and some lacing. Cocoa powder aromas with the roasted-chocolate malts, some dark fruits, vanilla and apples. The darker fruits and apples do continue into the taste. Hints of molasses and the coffee is only felt in the lingering finish. A good bitterness kicks in the middle, but goes down quickly to show the hop grassiness. Not the most coffeeish stout, but a good dry-bitter Imperial cacao one.
