Lightly unfiltered, golden colour with an amber hue. A big frothy white cap, bubbly, with good retention and soapy light lacing. Piney, herbal aromas that are quite fresh-smelling, with hints of citrus over the caramel-straw malts. The mouthfeel is very smooth, quite wet going down, with a big building dryness lingering. Lemon zest flavours, big brassiness. Quite a nice Imperial West Coast IPA with refreshing, but dry grassy, mild-citrusy hops.

A golden amber DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral, tropical fruit, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at À la Dérive.

Olfactif tropical et citrique sur une base maltée présente mais discrète mais la dominante est définitivement résineuse de conifères. Mousse moyennement petite sur un liquide ambré et limpide. L’entrée de bouche se veut maltée et caramélisée. Présence de résine de houblon due fort probablement à de l’houblonnage à cru. Les houblons se présentent sous forme de conifères intenses avec une amertume forte et tranchante. L’âpreté de la finale est atténuée pas les sucres résiduels. Bel équilibre entre malts et houblons. Corps assez rond avec une très douce présence d’alcool et une effervescence moyennement douce. Maltée caramélisée et amertume de conifère intense. On y regrette un fruité plus prononcé dans cet opus un peu moins apprécié que les autres superbes West Coast de cette brasserie. O:8.05 V:3.45 G:7.15 C:3.95 G:14.9 T:37.5

Can: Poured a golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention with some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with resinous notes and some bitterness. Taste is also a good mix of resinous hops notes with some citrusy notes with a bitter and dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Solid West Coast style IPA with great drinkability.
