Cask at GBBF. It pours dark brown with a small beige head. The aroma is earthy, umami, liquorice, bark, wet wood, toasted sesame and ash. The taste is dry, bitter, umami, liquorice, peppery spice, oily, slight tang, toasted sesame and tannin with a drying finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Old skool.
