On-tap: Poured a reddish color ale with a medium size foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with some cassis notes is clearly noticeable. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some funky ester with some cassis and oak and light acidic notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable sour with nice cassis notes.

A dark purple burgundy red ale with a thin lacing light rosey head. In aroma, sweet fruity raspberry jam with light acidity, light Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a tart mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, light Brett, very nice.
