On tap at the brewery. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Cracker malts and minerals on the nose. Flavour has cracker malts, very mineralic. Solid for the style.

Pours a slight film, light golden colour with a white frothy-bubbly head, decent stay and foamy lacing is left. Sweet malt aromas at first with some cereal notes coming out (which fits the style) and then, some light spicy, herbal hops that blend things. The taste shows a slight sweet malt touch, but the cereal comes out a bit more. The hops do cut the richness. Not a bad brew, that seems to balance the cereal notes of a Kölsch, but has the spicy hops of a Pilsner.

Aromatique aux notes de céréales fraiches avec une touche citronnée et herbacée. Esters fruités rappelant la poire sont bien ressentis. Liquide doré et limpide, fortement effervescent, qui se couvre d’une mousse moyennement épaisse et moyennement dense. En bouche, c’est très céréalier, des notes de pain frais, des esters rappelant la poire, un subtil miellé, des pommes légèrement sucrées et une finale herbacée, légèrement citronnée et subtilement fruitée. Le corps est moyennement léger et la carbonatation assez élevée ce qui rend cette bière extrêmement rafraichissante. Délicate et bien équilibrée, cette Kolsch rencontre la plupart des critères du style et demeure complexe et gouteuse. Un autre excellent produit de cette brasserie. Can: Poured a clear golden color Kolsch with a nice thick foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light floral notes. Taste is also a mix of light floral notes with discreet buttery notes and a dry grainy finale with some light floral notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable Kolsch with good drinkability.
